How to reset/change my Acronym password?

To reset or change your Acronym password, follow these steps:

  1. Request a Password Reset

    1. Go to the Acronym platform's login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link.

    2. You will receive an email that will contain a message like: "Your Password Reset Code is: NVFFR......" and a link to reset your password, such as Reset Password Link .

  2. Click the Reset Link

    Click the link provided in the email to open the password reset page.

  3. Enter the Reset Code

    On the password reset page, enter the reset code from the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

  4. Set a New Password

    Choose a strong password that meets Acronym's security requirements (e.g., a combination of numbers, symbols, and upper/lowercase letters).

  5. Confirm the Change

    After setting the new password, confirm the change, and you should be able to log in with your new credentials. If you encounter any issues, you can contact Acronym support at support@acronym.exchange.
