How to reset or change a 2FA device at Acronym

To change your 2FA device at Acronym, follow these steps:

  1. Reset 2FA via Support If you need to reset your 2FA, you must contact support directly at support@acronym.exchange.

  2. Master Password Requirement You will need your master password to reset your 2FA. This is a critical security measure to ensure that only the account owner can make changes to 2FA settings.

  3. Temporary Withdrawal Hold After confirming the reset via email, your 2FA will be reset, and your account will be placed on a temporary withdrawal hold for security reasons.

Make sure to have your master password and any necessary verification documents ready when contacting support.
