Withdrawing cryptocurrency from your Acronym account is a simple and secure process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transaction:

  1. Log in to Your Acronym Account

    1. Visit and log in using your Email, Password, and 2FA.

    2. Ensure you are on the official website to avoid phishing attempts.

  2. Navigate to the Withdrawal Section

Once logged in, go to the Withdraw option and click on it.

  1. Select the Cryptocurrency: Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw from the list of available assets. Ensure you selected the correct cryptocurrency, as sending to the wrong address type (e.g., sending Bitcoin to an Ethereum address) can result in loss of funds.

  1. Enter the Recipient Wallet Address: To enter the address you want to send to, you must first add it to your saved addresses. To do this, click the 'No Saved Address' button at the bottom of the page.

b. Follow the steps to save the address you wish to use for withdrawals.

Important: Carefully verify the recipient address before proceeding, as crypto transactions are irreversible. Any mistake may result in the permanent loss of your funds.

  1. Enter the Withdrawal Amount

    1. Specify the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.

    2. Ensure that the amount is within your available balance and that you account for any network fees.

  2. Complete Security Verification

    1. Master Password: Enter your master password to authorize the withdrawal.

    2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled, input the code from your authenticator app to confirm the transaction.

  3. Confirm the Withdrawal

    1. Review all the details, including the recipient address and the amount.

    2. Once confirmed, click Submit to initiate the withdrawal.
